Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Mopin's Place ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use our services.

Description of Services

Mopin's Place provides personalized gift services including but not limited to:

• Custom engraving on various materials
• Photo printing and mounting
• Corporate gifts and promotional items
• Awards and trophies
• Custom design consultation

Orders and Payment

Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mopin's Place. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or credit authorization issues.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon completion. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Production and Delivery

Production Time

Standard production time is 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the project. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Production times are estimates and may vary based on current workload.

Delivery and Pickup

Items may be picked up at our location or delivered within the Greater Vancouver area for an additional fee. Delivery charges will be calculated based on distance and item size.

Quality and Approval

Proofs and Approval

For custom designs, we will provide a proof for your approval before production. Any changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended production time.

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

Intellectual Property

Customer Content

You retain ownership of any content, designs, or materials you provide. By using our services, you grant us permission to use your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Copyright Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on third-party rights.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

• Standard items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition
• Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship
• Returns must be authorized in advance
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt of returned items. Custom orders are only eligible for refunds if there is a significant defect in our workmanship.

Limitation of Liability

Mopin's Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
